Demo Policy

Big Rig Records accepts demo submissions from independent artists. Before sending material, please review our submission guidelines. We listen to everything we receive, but due to volume we cannot respond to every submission individually. If we're interested, we'll be in touch.

Big Rig Records has been an independent home for distinctive voices since 1999, championing artists who bring something honest and unexpected to the table. The roster spans a wide musical terrain, from gently plucked acoustic numbers and country-tinged storytelling to heavier, grittier rock and experimental textures. Over the years, the label has released singles, EPs, and full-length albums that reflect a deep commitment to craft, whether the songs are intimate solo performances or layered band productions. That sense of care and intention runs through every release, giving each record a personality that stands apart from the mainstream.

The label's catalog is built on stories, and many of its most memorable tracks explore themes of love, loss, change, and the quiet moments that shape a life. Songs about heartbreak, rising from difficult seasons, and finding your way in unfamiliar cities sit alongside more playful and surreal offerings. Artists working with Big Rig tend to bring a distinct voice and an irresistible pull, drawing listeners in with vivid imagery and memorable melodies. Whether a track is a slow-burning ballad or an upbeat anthem, the emotional core remains front and center, which is exactly what loyal listeners have come to expect.

Beyond the music itself, Big Rig Records has cultivated a community of collaborators who share a passion for independent artistry. Producers, engineers, and session musicians have contributed to a body of work that feels cohesive yet wonderfully varied. The label also keeps an eye toward the future, with forthcoming releases in various stages of writing, recording, and production. Fans who follow the label closely know that new announcements arrive regularly, from fresh singles and promotional tracks to full albums in the works. There is always something on the horizon, and the sense of momentum keeps the catalog feeling alive and evolving.

For those who want to get in touch, the contact page serves as the primary point of connection with the label. Whether you are an artist hoping to share your music, a journalist seeking information about a recent release, a venue interested in booking talent, or simply a listener with a question, reaching out is straightforward. The team appreciates hearing from people who are genuinely engaged with the music and the artists they support. While the label receives many inquiries, each message is considered with care, and the goal is always to respond thoughtfully and keep the conversation going between the label and the people who make it matter.
